1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  
• The product must not be damaged, customized, or altered in any way.
  

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom-cut materials
  
• Special orders or personalized products
  
• Clearance or sale items
  

If your item meets the above requirements, please contact us before shipping it back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
   
2. Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping your item back.
   
3. Inspection: After we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
   
4. Refund or Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
   

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  
• We will investigate and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
  

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
  
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival.
For all other cases, please request a refund and place a new order.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
